How Long Does It Take?

As long as is needed. We won’t stop until you achieve your goals and you’re ready to go at this alone – we want lifelong lasting results, not quick fixes.

When Is The Best Time To Start?

Right away, regardless of your circumstances! Life is never straightforward and this program is to help you understand how to prepare and adapt when your usual schedule goes out the window. If you can build routine, consistency, and achieve progress during a challenging period such as travel, then you are only going to find things easier when you settle back into your normal routine.

Health and fitness doesn’t take a pause, so you should never hit ‘pause’ on your healthy habits and routines, instead, we need to adapt!

What Does The Journey Look Like?

It depends where we are starting from but in general:

Stage 1 is getting you to a lean state, your foundation physique that sets you up well for building lean muscle

Stage 2 is the reverse diet, building lean muscle mass to create your ideal physique, boost you metabolism, and build a stronger/fitter athlete

This is an educational journey so I will be teaching you’re the strategies, hints, tips, etc. along the way so by the time our journey together comes to an end, you’re ready to go out into the world on your own and continue your progress

What Is Your Background?

I am an experienced sports and exercise professional with a variety of sports and modalities. I have 5+ years of experience with a variety of clients and a sports psychology degree which helps me to understand the psychology and mindset of every individual I work with.
